At Fireflies, we have been supporting individuals of all ages for three years to harness the power of nature in promoting health and wellbeing. Time spent in nature offers numerous benefits, including boosting the immune system, reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, lowering blood pressure, and enhancing concentration, to name just a few.
We can also teach meditation and mindfulness skills, which you can integrate into your daily life to calm your breathing and, in turn, calm your mind. These practices help build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem.
As a Certified Outdoor Mental Health Practitioner, we offer a variety of experiences based on the Forest School ethos for individuals of all ages, including those with Additional Support Needs. Whether you come to us or we come to you, our goal is to create a supportive and enriching connection with nature.
