Fireflies October Club 23.10.24

Come spend 4 hours (10am-2pm) playing and exploring our site. A range of extra activities will be added nearer the time but could include fire skills, working with tools, crafts, den building, etc.

Bring a packed lunch / snacks and there will be opportunity to eat, relax and have some free play over lunchtime. Before booking please consider if your child is happy to be outside for 4 hours regardless the weather. We will have shelters up in case of rain.

Suitable for P3-upwards age groups. They must be dressed appropriately for the weather conditions and a kit list / clothing guide will be sent in advance. If younger than P3 and think they would enjoy please send me a message before booking to say appropriate despite age. Most suitable for those that enjoy extended play outdoors.

MINIMUM 6 ATTENDEES BOOKED PER SESSION FOR IT TO GO AHEAD. IF NOT ACHIEVED WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND OR OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE DATE TO SWITCH TOO.

OVER WINTER MONTHS ESPECIALLY IF WEATHER BAD – HIGH WINDS OR SNOW / ICE ROAD CONDITIONS WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE AT SHORT NOTICE. OPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO EITHER TRANSFER TO AN ALTERNATIVE DATE OR A FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.

CANCELLATION- I AM HAPPY TO REFUND / CHANGE DATE WITH MINIMUM 24 HOURS NOTICE. UNFORTUNATELY LESS THAN 24 HOURS NO REFUNDS/ CHANGED DATES.
